This font was created by DarkAngelGenesis, based on the logo for "Blood Omen 2".  As the Read Me file explains, it is designed for the upper and lower case letters to be mixed experimentally to aesthetic taste.  The hyphen is a neat feature.  It decoratively fits underneath the lower case letters, and certain upper case letters, when typed in succession to them.
